Since different types of lactic acid bacteria are compatible with different raw materials, we start by checking the condition of the raw materials. We inspect the specified raw materials to ensure that they do not contain any impurities or debris.

Since the fermentation state of lactic acid bacteria changes depending on the environment, we conduct repeated testing to adjust it to the finished product.
