Three types of bacteria combined for the Japanese climate

Tokyo Food King's yogurt starter culture (Lactobacillus thermophilus KI-1 + Lactobacillus cremoris BRF [DM1 strain] + Lactobacillus cremoris BRF [DM2 strain]) is a composite culture of Lactobacillus thermophilus, a standard bacterium used in yogurt making, and Lactobacillus cremoris (Caspian Sea yogurt), a strain from the Caucasus region of Northern Europe that is famous for its longevity.

The name Thermophilus comes from the fact that it loves heat (thermophilus), and it has the property of growing easily even in airtight containers. It gives yogurt its flavor and smooth texture.
During fermentation, Lactobacillus cremoris produces sticky substances (viscous polysaccharides).

By combining these three bacteria, the yeast can ferment at room temperature in a covered container, making it easy to handle and allowing you to easily produce high-quality, tasty, satisfying yogurt.
